Pomegranate-Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients:

16 oz package Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp Cilantro

¼ Cup Green Onion

1 Jalapeno Pepper (Fresh)

1 Tbsp Lime Juice

1 pomegranate

Dash of Salt

Dash of Pepper

Dash of Garlic powder

Directions:

Chop green onion, cilantro and jalapeno pepper and place into a medium size bowl.

Split open pomegranate, scoop all seeds out and make sure that there is no skin from the peel left on the seeds, then place in the jalapeno mixture.

Place pomegranate mixture in refrigerator for ten minutes.

Whip cream cheese with a hand mixer. Add in salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once mixed together well, spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a pie dish.

Remove Pomegranate mixture from refrigerator and gently spread mixture over the cream cheese.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with Wheat Thins or Ritz Crackers to dip.
